Do your pieces tarnish easily?
Not at all. We use 14k gold-plated or white gold-plated hardware, along with silver-plated, non-tarnish wires.
That said, due to the handmade nature of our designs and the drilled holes in the crystals (where wires are threaded through), we recommend keeping your pieces away from moisture. Water can get trapped in these areas and cause damage over time.
Are your pieces glued on or wired on?
They’re entirely wired by hand – no glue involved. That’s what gives each piece its structure, durability, and sculptural feel.
Because they’re handcrafted wire by wire, no two will ever be exactly the same. If you’re looking for factory-perfect pieces, this might not be for you — but if you love character and artistry, you’re in the right place!
Will the beads fall out easily?
Not at all — don’t worry! Every piece is crafted with multiple wires, carefully intertwined to hold each bead securely. In fact, they’re sturdier than they look.
We just recommend not bending the beads forcefully or trying to reshape the piece. Treat it with the same care and intent it was crafted with.
Are these pieces handcrafted by you?
Yes! All pieces are lovingly handcrafted in Singapore. Each one is one-of-a-kind so you won’t find the exact same piece anywhere else.
Do you have a retail store?
Not at the moment… but we do pop-up stores from time to time, so keep a lookout for our next event!
Can you remake a piece that’s already sold?
Unfortunately, no. Each design is built around unique elements or a spark of inspiration… so that makes it difficult to recreate. But similar themes or new designs are launched regularly, so do keep a lookout!
When are your launches?
We don’t have fixed launch dates. Each piece takes time and inspiration to come to life, and we never rush the creative process. The best way to catch a new release is to follow us on Instagram, where we announce each launch as it happens. Good things take time, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
Why don’t you accept exchanges or refunds?
Our pieces are one-of-a-kind and move quickly. Because of this and the variety in sizing, we don’t carry extra stock - which makes exchanges difficult. Refunds aren’t accepted to help prevent impulse purchases and for hygiene reasons. We hope you purchase thoughtfully and love what you pick!
Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. Each design comes together quite intuitively and organically – that spontaneity is part of what makes them special.
Can I pass you my own bangle or jewellery to work on?
No - to avoid potential disputes. During the handmade process, there’s always a small risk of damage, and we wouldn’t want to accidentally break something precious to you.
Do you offer repairs?
Our pieces are fully wired – once damaged, they’re almost impossible to repair as-is. It usually requires reworking the entire piece from scratch. Reworks are considered on a case-by-case basis and will be chargeable.
Do you have lavender jade?
We do try to source good-quality and reasonably priced lavender jade whenever we can. It really depends on what’s available in the market, so keep a lookout during launches!
What's your shipping like?
We offer free tracked shipping via Ninja Van for orders above $70. For purchases below $70, a flat $3 shipping fee applies. For more information on local and international orders, please see our shipping policy.
How do I care for my piece?
Handle each piece with care. Store your jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or box. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. To clean, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth after wearing.
